P0791 – Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor ‘A’ Circuit – This error can occur when there is a problem with the intermediate shaft speed sensor, most likely due to a bad sensor, wiring problem, or a failed shift solenoid.
P0793 – Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor Circuit No Signal – The computer will generate this DTC when it cannot communicate with the intermediate shaft speed sensor.

Solution A: Buy a Used Volvo V50 Transmission

Three codes were thrown and I have no clue what they are and transmission service urgent pops up on my screen and when I take it to the dealership they say nothing is wrong with the transmission

Hi, whenever it rains,water gets into d INSIDE FLOOR of d car- where yr feet rests while sitting down especially the back floors, and sometimes the passenger floor. The seats are NEVER WET and u can hear d water making sound from under d car when u apply the break as u drive. It takes vacuuming and sun- drying severally to get it dried. Pls help. Tx
I had same problem. It was the sunroof drainage tube on the front passenger side that was clogged up with leaves. My mechanic cleared the drains & drilled a hole in the car’s undercasing to drain the water. It’s a design flaw. Volvo says they will fashion New tubes & dryout car for $300, but my mechanic took care of problem for $90.00. Hope this helps.
