    “I am posting this here for Razmalibu.”

    My 1997 Buick Lesabre is not shifting into 3rd gear. 1st to 2nd appears normal but will not shift out of 2nd until 45-50 MPH, then it is in 4th gear. What are the likely causes and the approximate cost to repair. Oil, filter, wiring harness and the Torque Converter solenoid were replaced about 30K miles ago.
