“I am posting this here for Zack.”

I have a 91 Honda Civic with a B18A1 swap In it. The problem I’m having is that when I shift into 4th with a rpm reading of 2.6k or higher it grinds when I release the clutch. Now I’ve been told that I need to change my throw out bearing and flush the transmission and other people are telling me I need to change my sychros and have an overhaul done on my transmission. But when I shift at 2.5k Rpms or lower it doesn’t grind at all. Any advice will help.
