2013 RAV4 Shuttering and Increased Gas Consumption

Bought a used 2013 rav 4 2013 awd with 50,000km. Have noticed the shuttering when accelerating slowly, more noticeable when shifting at 1.4 rpms. And also has a hard time accelerating and rpms increase. Also noticed gas consumption has increased. Bought it 6 months ago from a Toyota dealership. What should I do?
